1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Swift-J Learn academy (learn.swift-j.com and its per-course subdomains), operated by Swift-J Agency Ltd. (RC 7010053, "we", "us"). By registering, purchasing, or accessing any course, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account.
• The email you register with must be one you control; access codes and certificates are tied to it.
• You must provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts created with false or fraudulent details.

3. Course access is personal to you

Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access that course. Access is activated with a unique code issued to your account after payment is confirmed.

• ❌ You may not share, re-sell, transfer, or publish access codes, accounts, or login credentials.
• ❌ You may not copy, record, redistribute, or re-upload course content, in whole or in part.
• ✅ If someone in your household or team needs access, buy them their own course — it's what keeps the training sustainable.

We may suspend or permanently revoke access if this rule is violated, without a refund, and we may pursue further legal remedies.

4. Payments, coupons, and refunds

• Prices are displayed after currency conversion for convenience; the final charge is confirmed at checkout. One-time payment, lifetime access for the purchased course — no recurring billing.
• Coupons reduce the price shown at checkout. Only one coupon applies per purchase. Coupons may be withdrawn or corrected if issued in error.
• Because access codes are generated automatically at the point of payment confirmation, we generally do not offer refunds once your access code has been issued.
• If the payment failed, was duplicated, or we could not deliver your access code due to an error on our side, contact support within 7 days and we'll make it right — including a full refund where applicable.

5. Educational use & no guaranteed results

Swift-J courses teach practical skills through guided projects. Learning outcomes depend on your effort, prior knowledge, and practice. We do not guarantee employment, income, certification by third parties, or any specific business results. Course content is for educational purposes and is not financial, legal, or investment advice.

6. Intellectual property

All course material — videos, written lessons, code, templates, graphics, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of Swift-J Agency Ltd. and its licensors, protected by copyright and related laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any content to you.

7. Acceptable conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform: no scraping, hacking, credential sharing, harassment, impersonation, uploading of harmful code, or attempts to access other users' accounts or data.

8. Availability & service changes

We work hard to keep the academy available, but we may update, reorder, or retire courses and features. We may suspend access for maintenance or technical reasons. Courses you have validly purchased remain accessible through their activation lifetime unless cancelled for breach of these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

The platform and content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swift-J Agency Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data) arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course in dispute.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall first be raised with our support; failing resolution, they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the academy after changes means you accept them.
